Celtica is a cultural education provider based in Cardiff, Wales. Since 2004, we have helped thousands of people from all over the world learn English, experience life in a new country and take their next step towards university, work or a life abroad.
We offer English courses for adults and juniors, group and school programmes, exam preparation, teacher training and accommodation with carefully selected local families. As a British Council accredited organisation and a member of English UK, Quality English and IALCA, we are committed to maintaining high standards in education, service and student care.
At Celtica, we believe that learning a language is about much more than words and grammar. It is an opportunity to discover a culture, build confidence, develop respect for others and open your mind to new perspectives.
Our mission is to create a friendly, caring and inclusive environment where both our customers and staff feel valued and supported. We provide a quality service by acting with consistency, fairness and respect in everything we do.
From the first message to the last day, one dedicated team is here to look after you. Small classes, personal attention and genuine care make the Celtica experience different.
